Building employee awareness around AI risks
As AI tools become part of everyday work, employees play a critical role in using them responsibly. Even the strongest governance framework can fail if employees don't understand the risks or know how to recognize when something needs additional review. Trading is how you build that awareness. It's important to design trading programs that help employees actually understand AI risks in a simple, practical way. Start with foundational knowledge. Employees don't need to understand the nitty-gritty of how models work, but they do need to know what AI tools do, how they use data, and why governance exists. Keep the training straightforward by explaining that AI systems can reuse data, infer new details, or create outcomes that impact people. The goal is awareness, not technical mastery.
