- Now let's refine your product market fit hypothesis and define exactly what your MVP will entail. You will map your user journey, set your success metrics, and prioritize the functionalities for your MVP. Don't worry, I will take you through all of this step by step. Number one, mapping your user journey. A user journey map is a visual story of your user's interactions with your brand. Breaking down the user journey into a step-by-step sequence will help you put yourself in their shoes and you can start to visualize what your MVP might look like. There are many ways to map a user journey, such as empathy maps, jobs to be done, et cetera. We'll keep it fairly simple here and follow three steps.
