If you fail to delete data in a timely fashion, you run the risk of external breaches and internal misuse, and you might end up paying a lot of money to store and protect data you no longer actually need. And if all that isn't bad enough, excessive and outdated data could hurt your ability to use AI models to grow your business. Too many companies need to solve data deletion, but don't know where to start in this video. Let's you and I change that, shall we? Before we jump in though, let's define data deletion. Deletion means to physically or logically destroy identifiable user data so that it cannot be recovered or to anonymize data so that it cannot reasonably be re-identified by anyone either at your company or anywhere else.
