So before you design and then launch your portfolio career, I strongly recommend that you define what success actually looks like for you. What skills are you looking to build or leverage? What's missing from your career today that you might be able to gain by adding a job, a project, or passive income stream to your portfolio? What matters most to you in terms of values, goals, flexibility, and income potential? I mean, most of us could slap together a few jobs and earn enough to pay the bills, but if you're not intentional in how you go about this, you might end up with income streams that don't help you learn, grow, earn, or enjoy…
