- [Instructor] Relationships have already been established with groups from the beginning of the process. So, now these groups can also be leveraged to create an internal network of security liaisons, advocates, ambassadors, and champions. Whatever you choose to call them, they will be a positive extension of your security team. For the sake of consistency, we will refer to them as ambassadors for this training. As a good starting point when it comes to creating a security awareness and culture extension group would be to conduct an in-house meeting with your security team and leaders in which time is allotted to help identify which groups and people you want and need to have on board. If you are able to identify those high-risk groups, as mentioned previously, this may be a solid starting point. This allows for a good baseline of participants that you want to reach out to and engage personally to get the program started.…
