- [Narrator] Let's discuss the steps you need to take when creating security awareness training for employees at your organization. As you start to develop your training plan, keep in mind that there are multiple methods including video training, computer-based training, live in-person training, webinars, games, quizzes, and so much more. No single form of training is necessarily better than the other, but it is a good plan to try to incorporate a few, if not all of these various means of training your employees into your program as time and budget allows. Be sure your annual training covers at a high level the main risks and threats facing your employees and the organization.
