- [Instructor] If you haven't already created a cloud center of excellence within your organization, it's something to consider. Defining a group of important individuals within your organization to manage the deployment of the cloud, the documentation of the cloud, really everything to do with the cloud deployment of the organization is essential to be able to have standards from the top to the bottom of your company. Defining a cloud center of excellence is going to allow you to put forward and maintain best practices, best practices that are presented by well-architected frameworks, and ensure that, for example, with documentation, you have standards that everybody follows. You want to ensure that the organization as a whole can leverage the benefits of cloud computing, including deployment, maintenance, costing, and if it isn't a top-down support, if it's just merely a team or yourself which is driving the bus…
