Regular check-ins with your team and team members is the best way to stay up to date. In this lesson, I'll show you how these check-ins encourage an open line of communication and how they help you build trust. Establishing trust with your team pays dividends in so many ways. One of the easiest way to build trust with your team is to be good at your own job. When you consistently execute on your responsibilities, the whole team sees that and they build off of that. When your team sees how much you care and how much ownership you put into your own work, they can trust that you're dialed into the mission. So when something comes up for them, they know that they can ask you anything.
