In this video, we are going to discuss how we can access a route parameters using the useParams hook. The useParams hook is a powerful tool for accessing the dynamic parameters from your URL. We can have the hook inside the component which has to be rendered. In our case, that is going to be the product detail. It will return an object with a key-value pair. The URL parameters are going to be divided on the basis of the key. So whatever key you are mentioning in your route while defining it, you have to use the same key when you want to access the value for that parameter. You can import that from React Router and inside your ProductDetail component, you have to use the useParam hook and you can destructure the ProductId.
