In this course, we're going to be building an online store on four different e-commerce platforms Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and WooCommerce. You don't need to know anything about these platforms before we get started. That's what this course is for. But it is helpful to really understand your brand, how you plan to get attention online, the type of products you want to sell, what those product detail pages might look like, what they include, as well as having assets ready like product photos and a logo. If you're still very new to the idea of e-commerce, I recommend Ecommerce Fundamentals in the library, taught by yours truly. It covers the different business models, how to differentiate yourself online, and how to validate your product to make sure it's a product that people want to buy. We're going to use the H+ Sport brand in this course, and you can also use the H+ Sport files, but I encourage you to use your own brand whenever possible because what works for H+ Sport might not work for your brand.
