- Confidence comes when we know where we are and we have a really clear idea about where we're going. And when we're thinking about this kind of career transformation, the great news is that there is a map that can take us from where we are to wherever it is that we decide that we want to go. And the steps are the same every single time, no matter how big of a shift that you're deciding to make. And this map is made up of three different stops.
