- And lastly, offer customers free upgrades or freebies. Everybody loves free stuff, and if it's not going to cost you that much to do it, it's totally worth it. People always appreciate a free upgrade or an extra even if it's just an extra refill of their soda. Obviously a hotel room upgrade or a flight upgrade is a lot better, but you're a small business, so focus on the things that you do best that your customers would appreciate. (soft chime music)
