- You must make sure that your rewards program is appealing to your customers, because if they don't see the value in it, they're not going to sign up. Offering a wide variety of rewards is going to make it the most appealing. It's also going to keep your program fresh and interesting to people. The more you know about your customers, the more you're going to be able to know what kinds of rewards they will value most.
