From the course: Boost Your Revenue with Customer Retention

Cultivate positive interactions

- The first thing you have to keep in mind when you're trying to keep your customers for life is you need to be good to work with. It's not enough to do good work. You have to make sure that every touchpoint that you have with your customers along the way is a good one, because people may or may not remember your work, but they'll definitely remember a bad attitude or somebody just nickel-and-diming them. You don't want to do that. You always want to put yourself in a position to make your customers feel like you are helping them, like you are serving them. And if you do that, you will have a customer for life. (gentle chimes) (computer mouse clicking)
