- [Instructor] With every iteration of Blender they've been adding updates to previous nodes and cycles and even adding a few new ones. This week I want to cover some of those updates with a voronoi texture and the brand-new added map range node. Let's take a look at voronoi first. I want to go ahead and split this view, come here and go to shader editor and hit N to get some more real estate. It's a little easier to look at this with a plane so I'm going to X delete, shift + A, and add a plane. And before I go any further, go to edit preferences, click on add-ons and type in node wrangler. Now if you don't have it on it'll look like this. So go ahead and hit the check box and if you open it up you can go to show hockey list and take a look at all the awesome stuff that you can do with node wrangler.
