- [Instructor] Here's a useful one. A lot of the projects I work on, we need both a column grid, as well as an edge of building grid. I'd like to make both here. Because my standard is to have it .8 text width on everything, I want to make a grid bubble for our column lines, as well as our edge of building lines. In Revit, under Families, let's go New. Let's go to Annotations, and we have Grid Head right here. I'm going to click Open. I'm going to zoom in here. But before I delete the note, we're going to read it. Center Grid Label is at the intersection of ref plans. We know that. Grid line will trim to max width of drawn elements. That's good to know. So I'm going to select this note and I'm going to delete it. I'm going to select this dummy line, and I'm going to delete that. On the Create tab, I'm going to go to Line, I'm going to click on Circle, I'm going to give it a radius of 1/8 inch. Pick a point right here. Now I'm going to zoom in on it.
