Using the Transform tool in Design Collaboration

- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to talk about the Transform Tool. The Transform Tool is a feature that is in Design Collaboration. It's not actually part of Revit. I included it here in this chapter because its functionality is sort of related to what we've been doing with the shared coordinates, but there are some very distinct differences. So, you can use the Transform Tool in either the Design Collaboration or Model Coordination Modules. I'm going to be showing it to you in the Design Collaboration, and it allows you to reposition one of your linked files in the composite model that's assembled for you in Design Collaboration. I would say the most unique feature of this tool is that it allows anybody who can access the project in a web browser to use it, which means that folks that have BIM Collaborate as opposed to BIM Collaborate Pro would be able to use this tool, and they don't need Revit to perform this action.
