Convert a cloud model to cloud workshare model
- [Instructor] Throughout this chapter, we have looked at both cloud models and workshare-enabled cloud models. So, these are the two methods you can use to save Revit files in the cloud. A cloud model is a single-user file where a workshare-enabled cloud model allows multiple-user access simultaneously. Sometimes you'll begin a project using just a simple cloud model, but then later realize that you need to bring on a larger team and you wish to convert it to a workshare-enabled cloud model. The process of doing so is fairly simple and that's going to be the subject of this video. So, to demonstrate, I'm here in Revit 2025. I'm logged in as Jessica, member of my architectural team, and I have the Autodesk Projects tab selected here on the left hand-side. That will display any accounts and projects that I have access to next to that. And you could see up here that my dropdown menu does have two accounts.
