The package/shared workflow
- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to look at the second of three approaches to establishing link files in a Revit project that is stored in the Autodesk Construction Cloud. Now, in the previous video, we looked at the first method, which was direct linking, and this is where you link directly to a file and you see changes as they occur. In this video, we are going to look at the first of two workflows that require packages, package/shared. And in a future video, we'll look at the package/consumed workflow. So the package/shared workflow has several pieces that are required in order for it to function. But its biggest benefit is that it provides a little bit of a delay or a barrier between your work-in-progress work that's happening within your own team and what you make available to the broader project team and the other disciplines within a larger project.
