- I'm a pretty forward-thinking person. I'd like to think about what could be or what might be. And for this reason, one of my favorite parts of coaching is working through what directions my team can go and how they can be more successful, how they can drive themselves, and where are they driving? There are a lot of different areas to look at and a lot of different ways that you can direct your team to set goals, but if you start with these three, you're more likely to identify goals that move your team and your organization forward. I always start with organizationally-bound goals. What are the things that your employee is supposed to accomplish? To determine these kinds of goals you need to look at a few key places.
