How do I juggle working with different time zones?

- Some careers require people to work across time zones. For example, perhaps my home office is in the United States, while I have team members in China. Sometimes people in this situation abandon the concept of a daily finish line and they leave themselves open to interruption at any time, 24/7. But even when your schedules are worlds apart, the finish line still has value. You just may need to have more than one. In other words, have two or more windows in which you will do focused work. Perhaps one work window starts at 2:00 pm with a finish line at 6:00 pm. So after you spend some time with important relationships and take a break, you might have another work window that starts at 10:00 pm with a finish line at 1:00 am.
