- [Instructor] In this demonstration, we are going to be setting up VMware HCX. As I have mentioned previously, HCX is an application mobility platform. What this means is it simplifies the migration of workloads between your on-premises VMware setup and the AVS VMware cluster. In order to get started, we are going to go back to the Azure Portal. We are going to go back to the AVS Private Cloud. We are going to go into the add-ons. And recall that as part of our Terraform provisioning, we had already enabled the HCX capability. This means we'll now be able to click migration using HCX right there. Since the add-on was enabled, all of the necessary software was already preconfigured for us. As you can see, HCX Cloud Manager was installed. Here's the IP address.
