Azure Arc: Unify multicloud and on-premises management
- [Instructor] A hybrid cloud is a computing environment that compliance an on-premises data center, also called a private cloud with a public cloud. Over 85% of enterprises use a hybrid approach because it allows data and applications to live where they need to. It's common for companies to have legacy data centers or hardware that can't or won't be moved to the public cloud, yet these private resources often need to integrate with the public cloud parts. Whether or not the private and public cloud services are integrated, no one wants to work with multiple management tools. Companies want one tool to manage their hybrid clouds. Microsoft knows this and has released several hybrid cloud management tools. Azure Arc is the newest hybrid management tool. It replaces the prior Azure stack and Azure Pack tools.
