Use the persona extension
- [Instructor] A persona is a fictional character that represents a subset of our users. A persona typically has a name, a picture, and a list of relevant characteristics. They encourage us to embrace a user-centered approach, so they're typically added in user stories or features or requirements. So for my example, I will go and add them to Feature, so I've open Work Items. I've filtered the features, I'll choose this Patient Register. And at the bottom of this list, here's something that was added by the extension, this Personas affected. I currently don't have any personas, so I'll create one. That takes me to a new page that was added by the extension. Click on Create Persona. This is one of our nurses, her name is Shanice. I'll write out some details about what she needs here in the description, and then I'm going to add this to All teams in this project, that looks good.
