- [Instructor] As I mentioned in the previous video in this course, when we created the virtual machine, a number of additional resources were automatically created, and the majority of those resources were created to support the networking functionality of the virtual machine. Whereas we want to actually allow connections to and from the virtual machine. Point of the virtual machine is for it to be accessible. And one of the ways that it must be accessible is through the network. So let's take a look at how those additional networking configurations are set and what we should know to properly manage them and modify them. So let's take a look first of all at all the resources that were created. So we have now a virtual network and a subnet, and we'll talk about networking in a later video in this course in detail.
