Cleaning up after Lifecycle Manager
- [Instructor] Now that we've explored Data Lifecycle Manager, let's take a look at what's required to clean up when you remove a Lifecycle Manager policy. Here I am in my production account in the Ohio region. I am at the Lifecycle Manager Overview page. Note we have a single policy and once again, down below, we see the details for that policy. We can also see the schedule on which it runs and the fact that it copies snapshots to AP South One in Mumbai. I'm just going to open those snapshots in a separate tab. I'm also going to open the snapshots in the Ohio region in a separate tab. Taking a look in Ohio, I see the snapshots that this policy created. Similarly, we can see all of the snapshots that exist over in Mumbai. Back at the Lifecycle Manager dashboard, let's go ahead and delete the policy itself. With the policy selected, I go to the Actions menu and choose Delete Policy. At the confirmation prompt, I…
