- [Instructor] In Amazon S3, there are different storage classes that you can use to support your workloads. These storage classes are Amazon S3 Standard, Amazon S3 Standard Infrequent Access, Amazon S3 One Zone-Infrequent Access, Amazon S3 Intelligent-Tiering, Amazon S3 Glacier, Amazon S3 Glacier Deep Archive, and many more. These can be further divided into subsets of related storage classes. The first group is composed of the two infrequent access classes, which are the S3 Standard Infrequent Access and the S3 One Zone Infrequent Access. The second one is the two archive types, namely the Amazon S3 Glacier and S3 Glacier Deep Archive. The Amazon S3 Standard and Amazon S3 Intelligent-Tiering have some similarities, but they have their own respective use cases. Each storage class also has a different minimum storage duration.
