At the end of the lecture, you will be able to explain what Amazon Elastic File System is and evaluate scenarios where you can use the service. So, let's start. Amazon supports different types of storage services like object storage, block storage, and file system storage. For object storage, where you store and manage data's objects, You can use AWS Simple Storage Service, or S3. For block storage, where you store data into blocks, you can use AWS Elastic Block Storage, or EBS. And for file storage services, where you want to allow sharing of files, you can use Elastic File System, or EFS. But when exactly would you use the Elastic File System?
