- [Instructor] Let's learn how to use the EC2 Instance Connect feature to connect to your Amazon EC2 virtual machine. What is EC2 Instance Connect in the first place? The Amazon EC2 Instance Connect feature allows users to securely connect to their EC2 resources via SSH using either a web-based terminal through the AWS Management Console or a command-line interface. It simplifies the connection process by integrating key management and authentication, removing the need to manage SSH keys manually. The service is especially convenient because you can access your EC2 server directly from a browser without needing a dedicated SSH client. Now, let's start. Log into your AWS Management Console. Go to the Unified Search bar on top and type EC2. Click EC2 on the results below. This will take us to the EC2 dashboard where we can manage our EC2 resources.
