- [Instructor] In this demo, we're going to take a look at AWS Config and what AWS Config can do for you. So let's click Get Started and set up AWS Config. Now it's going to ask us some skill testing questions. Do we want to record all current and future resource types supported in this AWS region? What it's really asking us is anything that's created infrastructure wise in this account, do you want to track that? Yeah, I think we'll go with that. Now, there's a couple of other options. You could record all current and future resource types. You could have some exclusions, or you could say, I just want to record specific resource types. We're going to pick everything, all infrastructure. Notice that there is a role, and I am role created for Config to control Config, to allow Config to only carry out the tasks that it's allowed to carry out. It's going to generate reports and it's offering to create us an S3 bucket…
