- [Instructor] Once your drawings are digital, you need to start converting your workflows to digital as well. In the last video, we brought our plan sheets here into build, where they could be accessed by the entire project team. Remember, that is one of the big benefits of using a system like this, sharing with the team. So if I'm the GC on the job, I want to invite all of the trades to this project by adding them as members like I showed you earlier in the course. Once that's done, we're all sharing the same set of digital drawings, so everyone should be on the same page, so to speak. Let's look at the effect that has on managing plan revisions. Back in a paper environment, everyone out in the field is always wondering if they're working with the latest and correct version of the drawings.
