- [Instructor] If you want to create a shorter term schedule, for example, maybe you hold a pull planning session to create a plan to reach one of the milestone activities on that master schedule, you can do that using the Plans Tool. So you can either click here to create a new plan and start from scratch. But let's stick with my example and say that I've got some milestones on my master schedule and I'm going to pull plan to one of those. So we'll start by opening up that master schedule that we imported from P6 in the last video. We'll open that up. And if we scroll down here, let's go ahead and say, we're going to pull plan to the completion of our foundation. And we've already got those activities on the master schedule, so I want to use those activities and just bring them in to my new plan. And to do that, I'm going to click this icon that says connected timelines when I hover over it. So this is our master schedule. It doesn't have any connected timelines right now, so we want…
