Combine surfaces

- [Instructor] When grading a project, you usually don't design the whole project at once. Instead you do it in smaller parts. And at some point, you'll need to combine those parts into one overall surface. That's what we'll talk about in this video. If we look at the drawing, you can see that the grading is all done. All of the lots are graded, you can see the feature lines that are created for the building pads and the lot lines. The work that we started in this area for lot 25 and 26 has been done for all of the lots. You can see we've got a pond represented here with some grading objects, and we even have it finished up with this smaller grading object here that ties this area of the project into existing ground. And all of these right now are being represented by different surfaces. If we expand surfaces on prospector, we can see that there are six different surfaces represented here when you include EG.
