- [Instructor] In order to keep your database clean and synced with your drawings, you should perform regular database maintenance. This makes sure that any components that you delete from your drawing are also deleted from the database. This is a simple procedure that just takes a few steps. Once the audit's done you might want to create a backup of your project. This function's been added to Project Manager so that we can create the backup with just a few clicks. So let's look it up on our Project Manager window here. And to audit, we're going to run an audit on our project just to make sure that there's no issues, and make sure that all our database fields are aligned and synced with our drawings. So I'm just going to come up and we're going to just simply right click on Chapter 11, and I'm going to Audit Project.
