- [Instructor] Creating reports quickly and easily is one of the key advantages of using an intelligent P&ID program. While we have an external program that comes with P&ID for creating highly detailed and customized project deliverables, we also have the ability to create reports quickly from the desktop using Data Manager. Let's run a few now. Let's go ahead and open Data Manager and we're going to switch to the current P&ID project and we're going to look and make sure that we can see all the equipment that's in our project. Let's just scroll down and we can see everything here. Now, we want to take this down one further. We're going to go to the dropdown menu. We're going to choose Project Reports. So, these are predefined by your project administrator at the the project level and they can be customized to show content.
