- [Instructor] When using P&ID, we have the option to add information to our drawing files that can be used to generate drawing lists and populate title blocks. Let's take a look at how to add additional data to your drawings and discuss the benefits of using this method over traditional title block attributes. So let's go ahead and open one of our drawings here. Going to open 03_01P&ID, and I want to take a look down here at the title block area. So I want to come across and we're going to right click on the drawing and let's look at the Drawing Properties window. So you can see here we have a number of additional fields that we can add information to. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to add a little bit more information down here. I'm going to give this drawing a number. I'm going to remove the spaces and I'm going to add and and symbol for the P&ID. This drawing's located in Area 100 so let's go ahead and put the 100 in.
