- [Instructor] We're now going to have a look at editing power dimensions in our AutoCAD Mechanical drawings. We've got a new drawing for you it's called, Editing_DIMENSIONS.dwg as usual, downloaded from the library to follow along with the videos. We're going to zoom in on the plan view, top left view, first of all. Just zoom and pan a little, so you can see the dimensions. Now, one of the nice things about Power Dimensions is, you can select one, like this 150 dimension, and the Power Dimensioning contextual tab will appear on the ribbon. And the nice thing is, I can now add my alternate dimension style here, in the Dim Text panel, click here and it adds the inches to the millimeters, like so. If I now hit escape to deselect, I've not only got the 150 millimeters, but I've got the 5.91 inches showing as well as an alternate dimension. Very, very useful when you're working in different countries, with different localized dimension standards. Let's zoom out slightly now, and zoom in…
