Polylines

- [Instructor] Another object type you'll be asked to use in AutoCAD for Mac is a polyline. This is a connected sequence of segments that can include lines and arcs. Polylines are unique entities with some special properties that can we can take advantage of. Polylines can be created as a command all on their own but they're also created by some other commands that we'll look at in a later video, namely the rectangle and polygon tools. Polylines can be created by joining separate lines and arcs together as well but, again, we'll address that in a later video. For now, let's find the polyline command here on the drafting tool set under the draw panel. I'll drag my cursor out to the screen and click. After specifying my starting point, we can immediately see a myriad of options down at the command line.
