Using Quick Leader (QLEADER) in your drawings
- [Instructor] We're staying in our metal plate 002.DWG file. And you'll remember a few videos back when we created the dimension style, we also defined the Arrowhead for leader lines. Now, the leader line that you can use, which is based on your dimension style is the QLEADER command, not the multileaders up here that you might see on the annotate tab on the ribbon. QLEADER is a different beastie. And what we're going to do is we're going to utilize it here on our section view and our side view. So, you might want to zoom in a bit closer as I've done here. Not to worried about the text on the right, but what we're going to do is we're going to just mark up that this is a slotted hole here on the section view using a QLEADER, a Quick Leader as they're called. Now, the best way to get to Quick Leader is just to type QLEADER like that. As you can see, there's a little leader line there with a little lightning symbol…
