Applying animations and overview of the timeline
- [Instructor] One of our core concepts is to create visual interest. We can do that by applying animations to elements on screen whether it be texts, shapes, images, characters or even video. On this slide I want to animate these two lines of instructive text. So to do that, we'll select it, go up to animations, and it's a little tricky to find you have to go under none, a little counterintuitive, to get to your animations but here we are. You have your entrance animations, you also have exit too but right now we're going to deal with the entrance. I'll select fly in. Different options here for duration. I'll dial this down to 0.25. Effect options let's come in from the left and there's one more effect options I want to talk about. I'll select by paragraph so I can have these lines come in separately.
