- [Instructor] To create a cost and usage report, I have to open up the billing and cost management console. I can either use the shortcut under recently visited, or if there's not a shortcut, I can go up to the top right hand corner and select the billing and cost management console. Once I'm in the console, on the left hand side, I scroll way to the bottom, because the cost and usage reports are under the legacy pages, which means there are changes afoot. But for now, I can select the cost and usage reports, and we'll see that there has been a report, i.e., the month and date, and it's been stored in an S3 bucket. If I want to analyze my cost and usage, these days, I'm going to use the cost explorer. If I want to monitor my reserved instances, that's going to be under my savings and commitments and reservations.
