Advances in cloud, big data and machine learning have made business AI applications affordable and cost-effective. Due to these advances, AI as a career path has excellent scope, but to become an AI engineer, it is not enough to only learn the technologies in the domain. Human resources, or HR, is one such domain that provides a number of opportunities for AI to increase customer satisfaction and improve business performance. My name is Kumaran Ponnambalam. In this course, I will show you how to apply the latest AI technologies to solve problems in the field of human resources management. I will review the scope and challenges that HR executors face. I will discuss the most popular use cases for AI in HR. Then I will discuss and implement solutions for these use cases.
