Welcome to Module 2. This module is all about deepening your knowledge about working with playbooks, and at the end of this module you'll know enough about Ansible to start working with it. This module has four lessons that explain all the knowledge that is required to use playbooks efficiently. To start with, in Lesson 7, you'll learn how to work with variables, facts, as well as Ansible Vault. In lesson 8 we'll explore conditionals, which allow you to run specific tasks only if specific conditions are true. Lesson 9 teaches how to manage and modify files using different modules as well as templates. And in lesson 10 you learn how to use standard components in your playbooks, using roles and collections.
