- [Instructor] Social media image sizes seem to change constantly. One moment you have the perfect cover page for your account, and the next, it's been resized and looks all pixelated and wrong. Generally speaking, there are four main types of video content on social media. Stories, which are short form videos that disappear after 24 hours. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn all have their own versions of stories. Short-form videos that are popular on TikTok and Instagram reels. These videos can be anywhere from five seconds to one minute, and typically, will replay automatically. Long-form videos. These are videos that can be shared across Instagram via IGTV, or on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, and most of them are typically over one minute long.
