This statement is about choosing your own pace and leading in your own way, which helps you reach your true potential. In this lesson, I'll help you discover your natural superpowers as you embrace your introverted leadership style. Being the most visible and energetic person in the room doesn't mean that person exudes the best leadership skills. There is no denying that modern society has internalized an image of extroverted leadership qualities, dominant, charismatic, outgoing, but true leaders can be found everywhere.
