- Let's face the facts, many work meetings are not considerate of the preferences and communication styles of introverted employees. But I want to empower you to not forget that your ideas and perspectives matter. Work communication should be inclusive to all personality types. Introverts should be able to not only participate, but lead meetings that benefit everyone. In this lesson, you'll learn how to advocate for your communication preferences so that your thoughts and insights are taken into consideration. Having a designated introvert-friendly facilitator is at the heart of introvert-friendly meetings. This will set the tone for the entire experience. Empower all company facilitators to be introvert-friendly because consistency in all meetings leads to positive and lasting change. Consider being an introvert-friendly facilitator yourself.
