- [Instructor] Now let's look at important information available on the EC2 dashboard. Once you're in the EC2 console, you can access the EC2 dashboard by clicking the link on the left navigation pane. Here you can see the count of important resource types, such as your running EC2 instances, dedicated hosts, EC2 instances having any status, such as running, stopped, and hibernated, load balancers, security groups, EBS volumes, auto-scaling groups, elastic IPs, key pairs, placement groups, and EBS snapshots. Down here, we have information about the service health in the currently selected region, so the service is operating normally. And down here, we can also see the availability zones. On the top right hand corner, you can see the account attributes, such as the supported platforms, which can be EC2 Classic or EC2 VPC, the default VPC in this region, and some other settings that you can enable at the region or account…
