- Data scientists love technical solutions. They are, after all, why we got into the field. But often we can forget that there's a user that interacts with AI and its outputs. If you want to build an AI product, you have to think about the users first. What does that mean? First, you think about needs. You'll need to work with product managers to clearly understand the specific needs of your users. Great AI products enhance business needs and satisfy customer needs. No two AI products are alike.
