- [Speaker] How to do tech feasibility. I share a little secret with you. It's actually very simple. I make a straightforward process for you, so even people with no technical background can follow it. You start with your project idea. Describe it first in an initial template and then in the detailed one, and then you just work through the list of questions I have prepared. For each question, you should decide if the project is feasible from the particular point of view. If it's not, think about what would need to happen to make it feasible. Maybe that means buying additional computing power or using cloud resources. Once you've answered all the questions and added the appropriate comments, just sum up your responses along with any potential activities and costs required to make the project work.
