Every quarter, I make my team create OKRs, otherwise known as Objectives and Key Results. And this is a way to help the organization define its goals and track its outcomes. So an objective is the clear goal that you want to achieve, and the key result is the measurable outcome that indicates progress toward that objective. Now, these are typically highly personalized to the requirements of the business, but they can be challenging to generate, and it can be helpful to have a template, a framework, or even some suggestions to get started using them.
